Need transportation Amtrak to MCO & HRH to Amtrak

What would be the best way to get from Amtrak in Orlando to MCO to pick up a rental car? My sister may be able to come get us, but I need a back up plan. The difference in cost for 6/28 - 7/7 is almost $200 if I get the car at MCO.

Also DH will return the car to MCO when he leaves, but DD and I will need to get from HRH to Amtrak. Any suggestions?
