I agree. Last year I made a reservation for dinner at Boma. I know I did. I'm sure of it. I was VERY excited. When I got the printout of my dining reservations from Lobby Concierge, no Boma - Boatwright'skelleigh1 said:Someone stated that this is "clearly there mistake", but the truth is that while OP knows they said July 20 and they know with certainty that the CM messed up, there is no way to prove that and the CM could easily just say "no, she said September, I'm sure of it", just like OP is sure she said July.

Well, no, it's not as obvious as you seem to think. July 20, July 21, September 22, July 23 would be obvious. Three consecutive nights followed by a single night two months later? PLENTY of people visit Disney multiple times in a given year. MANY local residents dine at Disney often. Nope, not nearly as obvious as you're reading it.DISNEY1975 said:July 21, 22, 23 and Sept 20??? I think every CM can see this was a DISNEY mistake with the other booking she made. Your wedding was a one day event..no way to prove the month. Original Poster had every day around this booked and then the Cali Grill out in la la land.
???????????????????Yes, this, at minimum, deserves a very nice bottle of wine waiting on my table!!

Now, a couple of suggestions for the OP: Try making reservations for smaller groups - 3/3/3, or 4/5, or some other breakdown, for as close to both one another and to your original reservation time as possible. When you arrive, ask to be seated with or near each other.
Or, try Narcoosee's. Sure, the viewing platform is lower (okay, fine, ground level) but I thought the view was just GREAT.
