Need to vent!! and a ?

I am a little upset with WDW right now. Let me tell you why. We booked a fishing excursion on our recent trip, well unfortunatly we did not catch any fish. The kids were upset, but we still had fun. Even though the guide was a little rude. Anyway we were supposed to receive a voucher for a years membership to Bassmasters. We never did. I contacted Disney via email. I received the response all matters should be sent to so and so another address. Well I typed in the question and sent it to this address. It was returned to me saying no such address exists. Ok well maybe I typed it in wrong. NO! I resend, same thing again. I resend to the main WDW site. Same response, send to so and so address!! I am really frustrated. Has this happened to anyone else? What do I do from here? Thanks for letting me vent. I would like to add This was the only thing that happened bad at Disney! We had a wonderful trip! Wish I was back in WDW!! Oh How I miss it!! I felt like I was at home those 10 days!!!
 
I would call WDW on the phone. I know it sucks having to pay for long distance, but it would be worth it to me to be able to talk to an actual person and tell them the e-mail addy they are giving you is not working. Good Luck and hope you get it all straightened out!
