We will be celebrating our 13th anniversary in our August trip. I really want to surprise my DW during our HDDMR reservation as it's on the same day as our anniversary. I'd really like to surprise her with a huge bouquet of flowers being delivered to the table, but not sure if that's possible and how to arrange it. She really loves Gerber Daises too, so that would be ideal.

Looking for any suggestions or ideas to make it a big surprise for her. Even if there is some kind of Disney (or even "Fort") magic that I could work on getting sprinkled our way.

Thanks in advance for any and all ideas (or even criticism) in helping me surprise my wonderful wife, and sorry for short notice. The Anniversary is in 9 days. :)

Paul, I would touch base with the dining reservation folks at Disney and find out what is allowed. Once you have that they should be able to tell you how to set up actual moment. It may require some "Mission Impossible" work on your part before the dinner but you can always "Forget something back at the camper" and sneak away to do something like that.

If they will allow for the flowers, you can find out how to arrange a local florist to deliver them, and where they can deliver to. Again, this may require you to go offsite. Perhaps something on the camper should break and you need to go get some supplies? These things happen...

Call the dining folks first and find out who you would need to talk to. That's where I'd start.

I'd really like to surprise her with a huge bouquet of flowers being delivered to the table,

1) Call the Disney Florist.
2) They can deliver.
3) But, the costs are
. . . cost of arrangement
. . . cost of delivery
. . . cost of delivery for a specific meal time-period (not exact time, but for the time period)
. . . and, yes, this is an additional charge to the delivery fee (usually $25 extra)
4) And,
. . . flowers are usually at the table when you are seated, NOT delivered during the meal
. . . if delivered DURING the meal, it is the Server, not the Florist that does this favor
. . . by the time the meal starts, the Disney Florist people are long gone
. . . the wait-staff put the flowers on the table before seating you

Perhaps something on the camper should break and you need to go get some supplies?
Good idea... Did I mention our camper is a 2016 and this is it's maiden voyage? :)

Still it gives me some ideas.

I expected that it would be an additional charge, and while I am not willing to say "Money is no object" (Because it is) I am willing to stretch a bit for the Disney Magic.

I am okay with flowers being at the table when we get there too. While I'd love to "make a scene" during the show, some how, I don't think that would go over well with disney.

1) Nope.
2) Far to many people celebrating "something" . . . or at lease CLAIM to be
3) The celebration for birthdays, anniversaries, etc are all done at the same time.
4) They ask for special event to stand, and everyone waves their napkins.
5) Can you imagine the delay to announce individuals with a room of 200 people?
6) As for cost, I had a SMALL (2" square) vase with flowers for MrsRustyScupper at dinner,
. . . it was over $75
. . . this included flowers, vase, delivery, meal delivery surcharge
. . . told her that the next time, she gets a dandelion from the yard in a shot-glass vase

Paul as others have advised tell Disney Dine that it is your anniversary and make sure you get the buttons at the reception Outpost and WEAR THEM CM"s made a big fuss over US all day no matter where we went. I suprised my wife with a carriage ride and had flowers in carriage

I had a cake delivered to Trails End for our anniversary and was brought out by the server after we ate. To me, too much going on at HHDMR to try to do something like this. DSC_1031 (800x533).jpg

I am guessing the price of the cake was commensurate with the years of marriage! :lmao:

My DW bought me a cake for my Birthday in 2014 and had it delivered (by the waiter) to me at Trails end as well.

She didn't tell me how much it was but she did indicate that it was NOT cheap.

2) But, shouldn't 41-years rate a HUGE cake

It was HUGE! You're talking about price right?:lmao:

Actually "more" than the marriage years, but I figured I've been with the same one for that long. Told someone on another thread, when people ask I tell them we've been happily married for 36 years. When they tell me "Oh you been married 36 years, no 42 now, and DW wife responds with "it's been that many "happy years?":rotfl2:

Congrats and best wishes to you both! I'm sure she'll be surprised.

I was just scouting out grocery delivery for November and I noticed on wegoshop.com, there was an ad that said they do flower delivery, call for details. Just thought I'd pass that along to you.

I'd still like to have a Flower Delivery, but I did get a surprise present to present her as well. We haven't been too much on the "Present" track for our Anniversary, but every now and then I like to keep her off kilter. It keeps things exciting.

Thanks for all the suggestions and ideas.
