Need to rent for 5/1-5/7 @ BW 218pts

I am interested in renting points to stay at Board Walk Inn for 5/1 Sunday to 5/7 Saturday. I am looking for a 2 bedroom as well. Points calculators says its 218pts. I am new to all this so any coaching through this process is encouraged.
