Need to Rent - approx 155 pt OKW or VWL

I am getting better at this - here is what I would like based on my notes:
Prefer VWL or OKW
Dates: Oct 4th through 9th, 2004
Room: VWL - 1 bedroom suite or
OKW - 2 bedroom suite
Looking to pay around $10 / 11 per point if my calculations are correct
Have 3 kids between 3 and 6 / 2 adults.
