Need to rent 70 Beach Club Points for April 2006

I would like to rent 70 Beach Club points. I own at BWV and VWL, and due to borrowing, we are out of points for next year! I need 5 nights in a studio, arriving on Sunday, April 2, 2006, and checking out on Friday, April 7, 2006. I have already called MS and there is availability. I need a Beach Club owner that will make the ressie for me, as I want to do this now, and not at the 7 month window. (If you transfer the points to me, since I only own at BWV and VWL, I can't make the ressie until 7 months, and doubt there would be availability then).

I would like to pay $10 per point and would prefer to pay by check. I would like to pay half ($350) when the reservation confirmation is received and the other half ($350) before the 30 day window.
