Need to rent 212 VB pts for June/July 06

I would like to rent or trade 212 Vero Beach points. My family and I want a Beach Cottage at Vero in June or July 06. Vero is not my home resort and I need to make this reservation at the 11 month mark to secure it. Please respond if you can rent or trade.
