Need to Organize Myself This Year!

I'm looking for the best way to store due and paid bills, incoming mail. Normally I purchase a large accordian folder but an looking for something smaller, although I don't think a checkbook size folder will work.

So, what do you guys use to keep your bills/paid and due?
