Any help will be appreciated. DH and I just returned from a Land/Sea trip and when we arrived at the Beach Club Resort, we found that all our luggage had been lost.
The people at the BC from upper management on down worked tirelessly for four days trying to find out lost luggage. The management there bought DH and I shirts and a nightgown and gave us robes and toiletries but more than that, the entire BC staff gave us tremendous support and comfort and basicaly made out trip magical. Without them we would have cancelled our entire trip and returned home.
I want to write or email Disney and tell them the high calibre of the staff at the BC and how wonderful they were to two strangers that desperately needed help. Would anyone know how I can do this or have and address?
