Need to Contact Riverside for their Pixie Dust

I wonder if anyone knows a way or where to email PORS. I had some Pixie Dust happen and I need to tell someone.
I forgot my wallet at the hotel after taking the ME to the airport. With literally an hour to go before our flight left I discovered my dilema. Not only did the ME people help me, one man in particular but the Manager at Riverside had someone hop in a van and drive my wallet to the airport b/c an ME bus would not make it in the short amount of time.
Literally 47 minutes later and 12 minutes before our flight my wallet arrived.

I need to thank some people and get them a mention about this up the chain of command. I'd prefer something faster than snail mail and a phone call would not be written documentation. Anyone have suggestions as to how I may go about doing this?

I think the question is how to contact the powers that be at the resort so all the folks cen get commended. Good idea, but I don't know have an answer.

Call the resort and ask for a manager then ask them for the supervisors E-mail and they should provide it for you.
It's great to see people take the time to give props when it's due and not just the NEGS.

I did contact the resort as well as got a number for ME to get all the names of all those that helped me. They directed me to send an email to guest communications.
So I hope they get their praise! They deserve it.
