Need to cancel ADR day before, but less than 24 hrs...

You have to cancel before 11PM or midnight. It's not actually 24 hours, it's that before-cutoff.

You just have to cancel before close of business the day prior.

Your mileage may vary but if you actually call Disney to cancel and ask not be charged the fee, I've had it waived before.

CRT actually has the same "day before" cancellation policy as almost every other restaurant.
