need to add 4th person before we go?

My sister has decided to go with us next week. Do we need to call and add her as a 4th person before we go or should we wait until we check in? I figure it isn't a big deal since we're not exceeding our limit. Any suggestions?

If you call and add her before you leave, you will save time at check-in.

If she isn't traveling with you - i.e., will arive at a different time, definitely call to add her to the reservation. She will not be able to check in without you if her name isn't on the reservation.

I do agree with disney junkie, too. A few minutes on the phone now will save you time at check in. You'll be glad you called (and so will the members in line behind you, LOL)!

I called yesterday afternoon to add a name to my reservation. I was pleasantly surprised that I got right thru - no wait time.

I decided to call based on your suggestions and it was very easy. She took down the new person and verified all our information. So check-in should be much easier now. My sister will already be in Orlando for a conference so if our flight is late she go check-in without us.
