We are cruising in two weeks :woohoo: . Unfortuantely, our fiances have drastically changed and we can not do the things we had planned while onboard. I know DCL is great at offering plenty to do without cost. I was wondering if anyone had any tips of things to do that either won't cost anything or cost very little. We are going on the 4 night Wonder and we are a family of 5 (grandma, grandpa, me (mom), two sons (one turning 10 on the cruise and one 4). I have learned SO much from all of you already and I know all of you are a wealth of information. Thank you in advance!:)

I really think you can make it through the cruise without spending anything additional.
In Nassau, spend a few hours walking around - exploring. Get back to the ship in time for lunch.
Onboard - plenty of no cost activities for the entire family - check the Navigator for kid's games and adult tours, as well as family activities - enjoy the shows and the views. Kids will be at the pool or at the club. Bring a book.
Stay away from bingo, no alcoholic drinks, and most of all, Shutters! Those pictures look great, so just do not go through there and be tempted.
If you make a zero dollar checkout your goal, you will do it!
Have a great cruise and live in the moment!

Thank you so much for your advice! The one thing I have going for me is this is a surpise b-day gift for my oldest so I know both kids will just be happy to be on the ship. :)

Also, go to Pinocchio's Pizzeria, Pluto's Dog House and Goofy's Galley instead of stopping by Preludes before the shows. Get your snacks for free instead of paying for them. Dont forget to stop by the drink station on deck 9.:thumbsup2
