We rent a car every time we go to Orlando I think it really depends on a few things, but we usually get out of there in a reasonable amount of time. The luggage seems to get out quickly. Sometimes faster than I can get down to the area! We have never had long waits at the rental car counters, but this year we are trying Alamo. In the past we have used Dollar. Hopefully you could be in the WDW area by 11:30pm. Good luck!!!

Its a half-hour from MCO to most WDW resorts.

Yikes! That was either a delay in getting your luggage, or long lines at the rental counters!

We usually figure on 1-2 hours from the time the flight lands until the time we are pulling into Disney. Sometimes the luggage takes a little time to get rolling off the trucks- but we usually rent from Alamo and have never really encountered a terribly long wait at their counter. Usually just quick check-in, walk to the parking garage right outside, pick out our own car- hop in- and we're on our way! We've pretty much got it down pact. For you I would figure anytime between 11:30-12:30 depending on luggage, rental, and traffic. Have a great time!!!
