My family is taking our first Disney trip Nov. 28-Dac. 3. We are driving to Fl from NC so we will have 4 full days at WDW. My question is do I buy 4 day hoppers??? OR do I get the 3 day hoppers plus 1. My kids would like a water park, but what if the weather is too cold??? I wonder if we should just do 4 days in the parks??

Help

My vote would be that you purchase 4 day park hopper passes - and I believe you can use these for the water parks too. I am not sure as we have APs which do not include water park admission. I'm sure someone will give some more in-depth responses. Your best bet is to look into prices and see what is cheaper and will save time and money in the end - good luck with your decision.

To do the water parks you have a Plus Park hopper.

If me I go with the 4 day park hopper and do the 4 major parks.

The south can get cold that time year. The water parks is heat. I use the hotel pool do swimmming.

Hi Robinbare,
Since this is your first trip to WDW, my recommendation would be to skip the waterparks and just visit the 4 major parks. You're going at a really magical time of year! The crowds during first week of December are very light. And everything is decorated for the holidays. It would be very easy to spend a full day in each of the parks. Take the time to enjoy each of them.

With that in mind, I think that the 4-day PH is best for your trip. The best places to purchase them is thru Disney, either at the Disneystore or thru disney.com. Purchased in advance, they would cost $215.13/$172.53 (adult/child). Also, check with AAA. If you're a member, you could get an even better price on passes.

Or, if you're willing to join the Hotwire Savings Club, you can get a 4-day PHP (with one plus feature, good for waterpark admission) for $208.96/$167.75 (adult/child). Prices include tax and shipping. They're less expensive than the 4-day PH and you could use the plus feature to visit a waterpark if the weather co-operates and you have the time.

Don't the water parks close at a certain time each year?
Both TL and BB are closed for seasonal rehabs during the winter months but they are never both closed at the same time.
