Hi! I've been browsing around here for a few months and stubbled here... I'm extremely over weight and I'm fed up with my body and I want to make a change somehow, but all fails... I'm trying something new this time around... to speed up my motabolism, so I have to give up bread, pasta, brown chicken meat and the list goes on... but I still have a lot of choices, so I'm not so put down... but I quit to easily... I need support somewhere, even only in words... I have at least 100 pounds to lose... I am going to Disney in Jan 07 and I want a new body to go there and not be ashame to get onto rides and wonder if I fit... right now I'm at 260 and 5'6"... hope I can lose a few pounds before my trip...

Accountability really is the key, it's always been easier for me to lose weight when a friend is doing it with me. You can do it!! One thing I learned from weight watchers that helped me is writing down what you eat, sometimes it's easy to forget what we've eaten as we go through the day.
