Need suggestions

I am planning on having a weekend in February with my gkids, ages 14 (b), 11(g), and two 9 yr olds (g). I was thinking of the theme Indoor Olympics. Need suggestions of sport type games we could play in the house. I can only think of jump rope and yo yos. Thought I would come to the board and ask for some ideas. Your suggestions are always great. Thank you

I was going to suggest jumping jacks

But what about a "relay race"= but more of a treasure hunt kind. team each one of the nine year old with one of the older ones. Then they get a list. On the list is a variety of activites to perfom around the house. Or maybe put on an item of clothing at different locations. _then race back and remove all items?

If you have stairs you could do a bob sled competition.

A laundry basket works well, as does a lid to a rubbermaid container - just ask my kids.

(For the record, this is not something I allow, or condone, my kids are very creative and sneaky ..... LOL)
