need suggestions on which side to get car.

Hi everyone, we are flying in from Chicago on ATA and meeting my in-laws who are flying in on USAir. Of course They come in to oposite sides of the airport. We are getting in almost an hour and fifteen minutes before they do so we are thinking of getting our luggage and then meeting them in the central area where they will get off of the monorail. The question is should we pick up a car from the USAir side or the ATA side.

I would pick it up where you land, drive it around to the other side, park and go meet you in laws. That way everyones luggage hauling is low!

That's a great idea Carol!! Sometimes the simplest things are the hardest to figure out.

I would go the rental agency, check out the car, put my luggage in the car, take the key, lock the car, and leave the car in the rental agency spot while I picked up my parents ... no parking to pay for then.

As long as you don't leave it there too long, the rental agency will never even know the difference ...
