I am looking to get a new stroller. We bought the travel system when I was preg, and while I love the stroller, it is too bulky. It takes up the whole trunk.
We are at the ball fields a lot during the summer and some have pretty rough terrain, so I need something that will accomodate that (maybe big tires....dont really care for the jogging strollers). I also want something easy to manuever, has a canapy, reclines.
What are your suggestions?

We bought a Combi Cosmo EX Stroller from BabiesRUS for $99 (now sale) and it was the best money we ever spent on a stroller!

When we first visited the World with DD, we brought the travel system stroller. It was really nice in the parks, because we could store a lot underneath and she could really stretch out to nap. HOWEVER, lugging that thing on and off the bus, no less finding a place to stand with it when the bus was crowded, was exasperating. So DH insisted on the Combi, rather than bringing our $20 umbrella stroller, the next time we went. It really was much more convenient!

You may want to try an Inglesina.

The Trip is very similar to the Mac Quest that's very popular. The Trip, however, is less tippy and has a nice-sized wheel. It weighs in around 12 lbs. and has a compact umbrella fold. The 06 models are available for $160.

The Zippy is a full-service stroller, with all the bells and whistles of your travel system. It weighs in around 18 lbs and is the easiest fold and unfold on the market. It's major downside is the short stride. If you like to take long steps, you may kick the back wheels. The 05 models are available for as little as $150-170.

In the Mac market, you may be interested in the Techno, but avoid the models between 2002-2005. There were some major defects in the 03s and 04s. The Quest is awesome, but the wheel size may be a bit small for your needs.

I could talk strollers forever, and I'm really into the market. You could call it an addiction. I even need to thin my herd.

Please feel free to PM me with any questions.
