need suggestions for things NOT to miss at Epcot's WS

Have a seat at the fountain inside Mexico and just relax and watch the people. You really feel like you're on a street in some small Mexican village. The backdrop is so peaceful as well especially after you've had a German, Japanese and Moroccan beer.
