Need suggestions for Point A to B

Hi, I need to know the fastest way using Disney transportation to get from
(1) Pop Century to Contemporary for 1 p.m. Chef Mickey
(2) Pop Century to Dolphin for their Car Rental location during morning hours

1. Take the bus to MK and walk to the Contemporary. Allow 75 minutes.

2. Take the bus to DHS and walk to the Dolphin. Allow 75 minutes.

The walk from MK to CR is about half a mile. You can also take the Resort Monorail, which is only 1 stop, and might take a few minutes longer than walking.

But the walk from DHS to the Dolphin is about a mile. If it's 1 hour before DHS opening or later, you can take the boat instead of walking; if it's earlier than that, you can ask the driver to request a bus to the Dolphin.
