Need suggestions-- 20 year Anniversary trip-- NO KIDS!!

For the first time, my dh and I are taking a trip ALONE! We chose Orlando b/c of the warm weather. We've been several times, but always with our 3 kids, doing the theme parks. I'm looking for suggestions of things to do that maybe you wouldn't do if you had your kids along (b/c of the kids lack of interest). My dh doesn't want to go to the theme parks. Of course, just getting away for a few days will be nice, but would like to have some fun, too! We will have a rental car, and are open to driving to places other than Orlando.

Just thought I'd add, our dates are Feb 12-16. Staying at Vistana Villages. THANKS for any help!!
