Need studio at BCV for 11/1-11/6

I am looking for a studio at the BCV for 11/1-11/6 (5 nites). We had another reservation, but had to cancel because of the most recent hurricane. The owner will not return calls to rebook even though I have already paid her.

My kids are heartbroken!
