Need Stroller Purchase Advise

Helping my sister do a little research before our May trip. Need a new compact/travel stroller for large 13 month old. Key things we're looking for are :
Comfortable, well-padded seat for child
Excellent sun protection (he's very fair)
Cup holder for Mom
Small size when folded
Light weight
Some storage capability (i.e. basket underneath or pockets)

Any tips on a stroller fitting these criteria and any advice on getting a good price are much appreciated!

I don't know much about strollers but you can use the search function at the bottom of the main page for this discussion forum. There are tons of threads about strollers!

Try looking at the Peg Perego Pliko P3. It has most of the features you are looking for. I was looking for the same thing a few months ago.

It has a really nice sun shield and padded seat that reclined nicely. Wasnt too heavy and folder up like an umbrella stroller.

While the P3 has those features, I couldn't get over the close to $300 price tag.
I also felt the Mom's cup holder was way too small, only a soda can or small water bottle would fit and the basket was hard to access.
