Need strategies for making 30 day fastpasses being offsite.

Besides making sure you start at the earliest time possible on the day of, what can you do to get the prime rides? We are not really interested in any thrill rides. We are gearing this towards 4 year old boys; so, MK and DHS will be our main parks. We will not have park hoppers.

Do you just grab whatever fastpass times you get for whatever even if you have to backtrack through the park? Do you take awkward late times? With 4 year olds I don't see that being a good idea.

Do you settle for the less popular fastpasses?

Do you end up checking everyday until you arrive for a better time and/or fastpass? Does that work?

If you're not interested in thrill rides, you should have no issue getting the days and times you want.

It doesn't sound you'll have too big of an issue based on what kind of rides you're looking for.

Are there certain rides you're really interested in?

Book what you can, but then keep checking and refreshing. You may slowly be able to shift earlier in the day and for more rides you want.

Yes to the above. We don’t have trouble but I’m logged on each day as soon as FP open. I have a rough idea of what and when I want it and usually get FP within the hour I want. I book what I can and immediately modify it and usually more times are available and I can move things around as needed.

The only issue is for Pandora. Not sure on Toy Story as this is new. I’ve always been able to get anything else I want including seven dwarfs and Peter Pan.

The only rides you won’t find at 30 days are SDD, FOP, and 7DMT. You can be lucky checking a few times before your trip if you are stalking the MDE app, since people will cancel or change plans.
Everything else will be available. At least that was my experience in August.

A few weeks ago, I planned a trip on 10 days notice. I got everything I wanted at reasonable times without needing to backtrack, except FOP, 7DMT, and the two new TS rides.
