need special princess tshirt

I am in need of a special tshirt for my granddaughter to wear on her birthday at disney. We are going to have a meal with the princesses at the castle and I have a pic that I want used but dont know how to get it here so you can see it. If anyone has ideas please let me know. Thank you

I did this but I am not sure how to get the white disney part out of the pic. This is what I want to make my granddaughter's birthday shirt with. Can anyone help me?
