Thinking about staying at the Vistana Resort in September in a 2br for $99 and paying for the $30 daily housekeeping. Here are my questions for anyone who is familiar this resort:

1. Will the second bedroom have a tv in it? Will we know before we get there or do we find out when we get there? Can we request it and it is likely that we would get a 2br with 3 tvs. No third tv will probably be a dealbreaker.

2. We are SPG Gold, will this have any effect on our reservation or will that help in getting a better room in a better location or newer room? If so, what is the process in making any requests like that?

3. When you reserve through the SPG site for a rental, do you get the older rooms and the owners get the newer ones? Is it all bv chance?

I never gave it a thought about having a tv in the 2nd bedroom. Does anyone know if there are 3 tv's, my 2 younger boys will be staying in that room, a tv to fall asleep while watching will make my life easier.:goodvibes

The two bedroom units have a tv in the LR and one in both bedrooms (in all the phases I've ever stayed in)

Thank you for your quick response. Did you ever stay in falls or courts, I have a feel we will get either one of those because we booked a villa with 2nd bedroom having 2 twin beds? I am so worried about them being older and outdated.

I haven't stayed in either section, although from the outside they look OK. You might call and ask specifically which phase your reservation is at 1-800-vistana. At minimum they should be able to tell you if your unit sleeps 6 (twins the 2nd bedroom) or 8 (doubles in the 2nd bedroom).

Good luck!

I loved the vistana. It is nice and big. there were 7 of us in the room and we were never in each others way. We got to do our laundry the last night we were there. That was great, when i got home all i had to do was put my clothes away.
