Need some refreshers…

Hi all,

It’s been over three years now since I’ve been to WDW. Need some refreshers. We will be staying at POFQ and don’t 100% remember how the buses run. We only use WDW transportation. What time do the buses stop running? Thinking of making a Chef Mickey’s reservation for my MK day for dinner and let’s say we do dinner at 9:10pm, what time does the monorail and bus stop running to go back to POFQ? And let’s say I wanted to do the GF for dinner on my resort day, what way would be the best way to get there? Also, thinking of booking Mears or Sunshine Flyer. When should that be booked by? My trip is in July. Thank you as always!

Buses and other transportation from parks to Disney resorts usually run about 1 to 1 1/2 hours after a given park closes, so it will depend on how late MK will be open on your Chef Mickey's night. If you finish dinner after the park transportation has ended for the night, then you're looking at taking a bus from CR to DS and transferring at DS to the POFQ boat or bus, or taking a taxi/rideshare from CR to POFQ.

Getting to GF from POFQ for dinner, I would take the bus to MK and then the GF/Poly launch from the MK dock to GF. Going back from GF to MK you could take the monorail (MK would be the first stop) or the launch (the launch will go to Poly before returning to MK). OR you could use the walkway between MK and GF in either direction.
