We just decided to go 1/30-2/5 and we need a 2-bedroom something. I checked out Windsor hills but they are all booked for those dates. I would love to be close to WDW. And where & how to get the cheapest rates this time of year...

checkout www.hotelkingdom.com they have availability for your dates at cypress point resort and the grandvillas for $99 a night, they also have blue tree reosrt 2 bedroom for $88 a night but i don't know how good tha one is?

I would definetly look into Cypress Pointe Resort! Me and about 8 of my friends stayed in one of their 3 bedroom suites (only payed for a 2 bedroom ) Its a great resort and right by the northern entrance to Downtown Disney.

We were there the week before Christmas and stayed at Cypress Pointe Grande Villas. The 2BR/2BA was very spacious and had two twins in the 2nd BR.

I got it through ebay for $300 (including tax) for the week. Her ebay ID is jumpbackjack0 (I don't have her email address anymore). You can do a search and email her through one of those - if she doesn't have any current auctions, check the completed ones. Even if she doesn't have that week listed, she may be able to get it if you email your dates to her.

It took a few days for the reservation to show up in the CP computer, but after it did, I was able to make my requests (ground floor and all 3 of our units close together). We did get all of the requests met.
