Need some quick advice!

Well DH vacation request was denied so the only other time we really have to go to the fort is the first week of May and I am trying to pick a site. I would like to go with preferred and maybe in the 200 or 300 loop. Looking at the FAQ it looks like if we book a preferred site it will probably be close the marina and everything else is this correct or am I just wishfully thinking? Thanks again!!! Cant wait!!!

Preferred sites are typically pretty centrally located. However at this late date, you better take what you get.
