need some pixie dust

DH is going to fly out to florida on wednesday to view a villa and hopfully sign all the papers we are very nervous Dh more so as he has to go on his own the plus side is that if it is all ok we will be villa owners and ready to rent by april , DH says he needs some pixie dust for good luck and to lower his stress levels.
