Need some pixie dust Wednesday

We're leaving PA Wednesday morning - we hope. Weather isn't looking too great, and I hope we can get off the ground.

So some happy thoughts and pixie dust are really needed so that we can get to our Happy Place!!!!!

My dd and I leave from New York on Dec 26 my mom and sisters family on December 27 and my dh and ds on December 28 for a cruise on December 29 and I, too, have been stressing about the weather. Maybe be ready to go and watch the airline site and perhaps they will let you go out on Tuesday. Keep watching.

It's a coastal storm, so OH may not see the bad weather. We are right on the line between snow/ice and rain. INCHES of rain. Not sure what to wish for - the snow or the rain.

But snow is supposed to arrive in my area Wednesday morning. I am hoping it's a delay at worst. Tuesday is a washout. Northeast PA is going to get lots of snow.

Next time, I buy travel insurance. Then we could have changed plans and beat the storm.

Ugh, that sucks! I looked at our forecast, and it says snow, I think Tues, but also a high of 40? I would think as long as you don't get crazy amounts, you could still make it. Is it possible to leave a day early, maybe stay somewhere cheap for a night? And yeah, I'm thinking we will definitely get trip insurance!! Good luck with everything!

Yeah, Ohio isn't planned on getting much. Local station just said possible chance of scattered snow-showers, but nothing will stick with the ground being warmer than the air. I'll take the rain as we leave from Dayton, Ohio on Saturday early in the morning.

Thank you for the pixie dust - the forecast keeps changing between massive amounts of rain, wintery mix, and snow. Hopefully we can travel - safely - on time.
