Need some pixie dust - Stroller Tag

We leave for WDW in the am and I was hoping one of my fellow DISers could make my 2 y/o DS a stroller tag that says Frankie's Stroller with Lightning McQueen on it

I know it's last minute so if nobody is willing to help I understand

You're welcome, no thanks, we'll be headed to Disney in a few weeks, and we took our little ones (grandchildren) in June.
