We are looking to fill one of our evenings during our trip in January. Tuesday is our Animal Kingdom day, Wednesday is our Hollywood Studios Day. Unfortunately Hollywood and Vine has no availability on that Wednesday. Tiffins is not an option as we are not crazy about their menu. We are going to Homecomin' on Sunday night. Topolini for breakfast on that Friday.

Any other sit down/table service options worth exploring that are really good? We are open to resort restaurants or perhaps Disney Springs again as a last resort if there is something worth looking at. Thank you!

We actually really enjoy Yak&Yeti. We always do it on our AK days. We’re scheduled for a sanaa lunch as well. For DHS we are doing H&V one day, and SciFi the next. We haven’t ever done SciFi before. Keep in mind that the area around the boardwalk as well as Rivera are accessible from DHS now. We’re doing Beaches and Cream one day as well.

At DHS we love 50’s PTC or Hollywood Brown Derby. At AK we enjoy Rainforest Cafe.

You might consider going to Sanaa at AKL Kidani. It's a short distance from AK and has a great menu.

I've always enjoyed Prime Time 50's If you have never been, certainly give it a try.

We were able to grab Hollywood and Vine on Sunday and move Homecomin to Wednesday. All solved. Thank you for your suggestions!

For good resort restaurants I recommend The Wave and Grand Floridian Cafe. As others have stated, Yak & Yeti is good and Hollywood Brown Derby - if you cant get an ADR you can eat in their lounge

Hi! I have always wondered if the AK RF is bigger and better than the one at DS or typical mall locations. I know it has a separate entry into AK, Maybe?
Thanks

Forgot to say Happy for The original poster with their successful selections Enjoy!

I have not been to the one in DS and we do not have one near us so can’t compare the size. I have family members with food allergies so we always have lunch there on our AK day and enjoy it.

I haven't eaten at either the DS or AL one in years, but they are pretty similar. Themed rooms, okay food, noisy.

The Wave at the Contemporary is a good option for Breakfast, lunch or dinner. Tratoria al Forno at the Boardwalk is a good place for breakfast. I haven't been there for any other meal, so I can't speak to those.

Happy dining!

I think it depends on what type of food you enjoy. Some of my suggestions are Hollywood Brown Derby at HS, Yak & Yeti at AK, Trattoria al Forno on The Boardwalk, Homecoming at Disney Springs, and if you really want a splurge the California Grill at the Contemporary.
