need some ideas

We are going August 18th-25th and staying at POR,the other family we are going with are staying at POP,we have 5 in my family and could not stay there,anyway we are looking for something to surprise the kids with during our stay and it has to be on Disney property since we wont have a car,all in all there are 9 of us,the kids are 10,11,13,15,16 ,we have all our Aps for meals and Hopdedoo but we want to do something different that will cost each family no more the 100.00 okay I know this is a hard one but start racking your brains and let me know....
last time we did a surry bike ride what a trip that was,

I called the other day about a fireworks cruise and I think it was limited to 10 people and it was $200.00!!! That could work. OR what about a fishing expedition or rent a pontoon boat for a bit. I'll keep thinking but I would call about the fireworks cruise

How about miniture golf or Mickeys Backyard BBQ? Well the BBQ might be too expensive. You could always spend a day at a water park or go fishing. Have fun!

I have been to Celebration, quite a while back, and loved it. You could surprise the kids with a movie there. (It's a newer, stadium-seating theatre, so it might impress them, depending on where you're from, and what they're used to at home.)

I haven't tried the boardwalk, but that sounds good, too. And Downtown Disney is great! The boat there from POR is free to resort guests, so you could start off with that. And there are "street performers", etc.

And I liked the other poster's idea for miniture golf. I'm not sure of the prices, but I don't remember them being too bad, and the courses were very nice. (I did that on a trip years ago, though, so maybe someone who has been recently will add more current comments.)

How about a hayride at FW?

The cost is $8/adult and $5/child. They don't take reservations. It's first-come, first-served. I'm not sure how many people fit on a wagon. You can read some details here:
