We are going to Epcot next Thursday and I was wondering which place should I keep to eat. The two I have reserved right now are Kona and Rose & Crown Pub & Dining. We are going to IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth that night. Thanks for the help. Both ressies are at 5:30

With Illuminations at 9pm you won't have a problem eating at that time either restaurant and being back in time for the show. Check menu's and eat where the food appeals to you the most. My vote would be Kona.

Funny how you have two different reservation, I got a new page this time while booking and if booking was near the same time, it gave me the option to choose one or cancel both.

Also surprised you are able to hold 2 ADRs for the same time on the same night; the computer system generally tracks that and will not allow it. You'd better pull them both up to be sure the computer hasn't made a choice for you already (by cancelling one or both).

The cuisines are very different; check the menus on AllEars.net. Be sure to check both childrens' menus as well, if you are on DDP and have any kids who are Disney-child-meal age. The kids menus often have pretty limited choices.

The food at Kona personally appeals to me a little bit more. On the other hand, you might find it more convenient to stay in Epcot rather than schlepping all the way back to the monorail, then changing to the resort loop monorail at the TTC, then coming all the way back again. Either way, though , a 5:30 ADR gives you plenty of time before the 9 pm Illuminations show, and you get a decent view from anyplace around the lagoon. People DO start to stake out spots early, but it's not really necessary.
