Ok, normally i only eat where i can get in with shorts and tshirt, which is probably most places, i am on holiday so do not want to get dressed for dinner.
DW has decided she want to go somewhere that i will need to be dressed:scared1:, she would normally get a nice dress and go out, while i well, personally i slum it:confused3. So have to plan a few places where i will have to bow to pressure and tidy my selfup:scared1:.
So what is the dress code for Tchoup tchoup, would it be long trousers and shirt , or do you need a tie as well, also planning one at PBH so open to recommendations , and restaurant at St Petes.:headache:.
I suppose 3 meals would be a small price to pay over our vacation, and if DW is happy ,then that means there will be no nagging [i hope]:goodvibes

I believe trousers and shirt is fine at all Universal establishments.

That sounds good, so probably the rest should be the same, i hate dressing up on holiday

Robert I asked the same question about Tchoup tchoup since I only wear jeans and tshirt everywhere I go and I was told a good pair of jeans and a polo shirt was ok :thumbsup2

thanks Lawerence, I HATE DRESSING UP :headache:, rather just go with shorts and tshirt and crocs i am on vacation.:confused3
But somethings you just have to do:rotfl:

We were planning on eating at Tchoup Chop and Mama Dellas on our up coming vacation in June---but I hate taking long pants. My hubby would rather wear dress shorts and a nice collar shirt---would this be okay or would we feel out of place?

Dress shorts are fine. The only thing the Emeril's and Emeril's Tchoup Chop dress code asks for men is no sleeveless shirts.

Mama Della's at PBH doesn't have much of a dress code either. Bice is the most upscale ($$$) at the PBH and their dress code is casual/business casual.
