Need some help~

Hello, My name is Jenny and I'm new here to the WISH board. Currently I weigh around 167-168 and I would like to be around 117-119. I'm 5'3". Everyone around here is in all sorts of groups and whatnot and I was wondering if someone could elaborate on this for me.?
