Need some help with AP hotel prices.

We are looking at 20th to 28th April (8 nights) or 30th Aug to 7th Sept (8 nights) or 19th to 26th Sept (again 8 nights) at Disneyland Hotel. As I will be buying my annual pass online and running to the park to get it before checking it, I can not find any AP rates. We were going to do Aug/Sept but Qantas has just released kids fly free special until the end of June so we are thinking we may go in April instead so the kids can fly free, big saving .

Where can I find the AP rates at Disneyland Hotel for these dates? Are there AP8 or AP9 rates for any of those dates?

What would 20th to 28th June be like? Is June just too busy?

We won't find out if there are special AP rates for Sept until June or so.

But there's always a 10% discount from rack rate, I do believe...
