Need some help please!

I am looking for someone that might be able to help me. I am thinking about making my own wedding invitations. What I'm looking for is someone that can create a "pixie dust" border, maybe with some mickey heads throughout and then in the left bottom corner an outline of bride and groom mickey and minnie. I need there to be no background (don't know if this is possible) as I'm going to be printing on ivory cardstock.

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated!!
