Need some help on Thanksgiving crowds please.

Ok I'm trying to plan our trip. We arrive on Thanksgiving, so we will go into DL at some time in the afternoon just for a little while. Then we intend going up to LA on either friday or saturday to avoid the crowds in DL, which day do you think we would be better off avoiding the parks or are both days similar in crowd size?
One day we intend going outlet shopping but we are reluctant to go in the post thanksgiving rush, we are in Anaheim from Thanksgiving until the following sunday, so 11 days, when would it be better to go to the outlets?

In the past when we have been there during this time of year, both Fri and Sat have seemed to be equally packed, the park starts to get better on that Sunday after Thanksgiving, and by Tuesday its great as far as lower crowds.

I have no idea on the outlet mall, but I imagine it will be like any other mall in america on the days following Thanksgiving.... crazy busy. Hopefully someone else will have some additional insight for you.

I agree. Both days very busy.

I wouldn't shop on Black Friday unless you want electronics. Then go to a Walmart or Best Buy. If you are interested in clothing as I imagine, any other day should be more pleasant with similiar deals.
