We have been twice here for dinner....and is by far our fav restaurant in all of Disney. It has a great variety of ethnic tastes for everyone in your party. Put it on your list for sure!!!

I looked at the menu for Boma, but I'm just not sure....

My kids are kinda picky and I'm afraid they wouldn't eat that food. Anyone else with young kids eat there? I think DH and I would like it, but not sure I wanna take the chance with the kids.....

We are totally non picky and we hated it. We thought the food all had the same cinnamon-y flavor. ...but there is a kids section with nuggets and mac and cheese and the like if the adults really want to eat there.

Is HDDR one that is 2 table credits? How does it work if we only want to use one? Is there an amount that we can pay OOP?

HDDR is two credits for adults and children. You have to either pay with credits or OOP. You can not do half and half.

We always pay with DDP credits. OOP for 5 people is to much.

Good point. I guess if there was another TS meal that we didn't have any dining credits left for, we could pay OOP for it.

Like lots of the other buffets there is a "kids approved" section w/ mac & cheese, spagetti, chicken fingers, fries, etc. Believe me, your kids will love the dessert selection at Boma, very yummy! Also it's neat to check out the animals at the AKL

Cape May Cafe is delicious, and the Hoop Dee Doo Revue is SO much fun!! Rose and Crown is great if you can get a later seating because some of the best views of IllumiNations are from their patio.

I completely forgot to mention that our trip is during the Xmas season. Are there any meals that are especially special during Christmas??

What about the candlelight show (forget the name sorry!) at Epcot??

I'd suggest Sci-Fi and Coral Reef. Those are two dining experineces that you can only find at Disney.

First of all, go for LUNCH. It is AMAZING to walk out of the hot Florida sun into a cool night at a drive-in movie. We've done both lunch and dinner and the effect is much more dramatic when it isn't dark outside.

Second, stick with the simple stuff. The burgers are AWESOME! We always get those. We also love the chili, onion rings, fries, and the cucumber-melon salad. We've never tried them, but I hear the milkshakes are really good, too.
