question that this triggers-

Say you book NYE week at your home resort the second you can. Can you later use that to trade for a different week of your choosing? Or does it make sense to book and rent out?...

You can cancel and book something non-home if it is available at seven months out.

And if you book NYE at your home resort and decide to sell the reservation to a non-member. you will have the wrath of million sand fleas upon your body.
