Need some D23 help

I'm leaving for WDW on Wed 12/1 and I can't find my new D23 membership card for 2010-2011. Does anyone know how I can get a new card on short notice? Is there a way I can get a new card at the parks? Any help would be appreciated! In the meantime I will continue to tear the house apart!
