Need some bus help please!

I was thinking that maybe after Epcot and Illuminations, I would go to the Boardwalk for a hour or so, grab a snack from the bakery and then go back to our resort. Trouble is, Epcot will be closed by then and MK closes at 10pm that night so I can't just go back to a park and take a bus back to our resort. Short of getting a taxi, how the heck will I get back to our resort? (we're at CBR)

According to google maps, the distance between the Boardwalk and CBR is 1.8 miles so I'd definitely reconsider that cab.

Otherwise, you could take the bus to DTD. Going to DTD will take a long time though and go completely out of your way. I'm a fan of WDW transportation, but this is one case where I would either go for the cab. (or skip BW)

There are no buses from the Epcot resorts to DHS, if that park is open, so that is not an option.
Other than that I agree with the PP, take a cab, CBR is not that far from the Boardwalk area. Taking a bus to DTD and then to CBR would take at lease an hour of your time, probably more.

Put me out of my misery..how much would a cab cost?

Should be around $10. It was less than that when we took a cab from YC to Pop a few years ago...so would imagine it would be around $10 now.
