Need some advice....

We are currently booked at Poly April28-May1, we've put a deposit of half down. Well, I happen to click on the Dreams Unlimited link on the DIS home and thought I'd check out the Dolphin (since we honeymooned there and it holds a special place in my heart). Well, it's a couple hundred dollars cheapers thru DU to stay at the Dolphin vs what we've got booked at Poly. (we're AP holders). I would love to stay at the Dolphin again. And for several reasons, I haven't been at ease since DH upgraded us from CBR to the Poly.
How do I go about changing this since Sunday-Thurs(arrival day) is 5 days away? Would I be able to get a refund from Disney and book thru DU? Or do you think Disney would honor the DU price and just transfer my ressie? I hate that I found this after business hours, now I'll probably be up all night thinking about it till I can call in the morning.

Well it has to be MORE than 5 days out, they don't count the actual day of arrival. If you try to change the reservation now, You'll most likely lose your one nights stay deposit you made, unless you made a package... and in that case you'd lose your $200
