Need some advice!

Hey everyone! I work at an elem. school after school care as a counselor, 3rd grade . Anywho, I would like to do something nice, yet cheap, as an end of the year thank you gift to some of the staff that works there. Something that my whole group, there's 30 of 'em, can help out in. I was thinking of getting a big poster board, folding it like a card and have my children each write a little message. I'm not quite sure!! So I am looking for some ideas, remember, it has to be kind of cheap as there are 4 or 5 people we would like to present with these gifts (director, asst. director, 2 activity people, and their P.E coach who stays late so they can do outdoor activities). Also, our director is leaving this year to go up North b/c she is getting married..maybe a farewell gift? ok, i wrote an essay..lol sorry!! But thanks for reading!!!

When DH student taught (a long time ago), the teacher (and children) whose room he was in did the poster board "card" for him. He loved it (and still has it all these years later). She also did a photo album for him of the kids and some of the class activities. With a digital camera and a dollar store photo album, you could do it pretty cheaply.
