Need some advice...

We are arriving at WDW late Friday Night (we arrive at MCO at 10:10) and are staying at All Sports for the night. We have reservations at SSR starting on Saturday. What is the best way to get from All Sports to SSR? There are 8 of us and we are not renting a car. We're doing Magical Express to and from the airport. Any advice on the best way to transfer would be appreciated.

Call Mears transportation and they will pick you up in a van and bring you over. We use Mears a lot and it has works out pretty well except for a recent car seat issue. On the web look up mearstransportation.com......

I'd have Disney move the luggage and take a bus to Downtown Disney (or one of the 4 major parks - depends on how early you want to chec in). From DD (or the park) you can catch a bus to SSR.

FWIW, I'd check in for the group (by myself) and meet up with the rest of them at one of the parks. Then you can all bus to SSR from the park later in the day. No guarantee you room(s) will be ready before 4 pm anyway, and if Disney moves your luggage, it probalby will not arrive until later in the day, etiher.

Another option is to just take a taxi. You may need two for 8 people plus luggage. Expect to pay $15 - $20 for each taxi, including tips.
