Need some advice for family Trip please

MY family and I are going to Orlando from 3/4 to 3/9. We are only planning on hitting up 3 parks (US, IOA, and SeaWorld) over the course of 4 days with 1 day being spent by the pool. This leaves Saturday-Tuesday. Basically, I was down there during the test runs for WWoHP so I didn't experience the mass crowds. However, my family is really excited to see the whole new area and not feel completely crowded.

My question is, what days should I do what? I was thinking the weekends could be the worst days to hit up IOA but I might be wrong?

If you could shed some light, it would be greatly appreciated

I will actually be there at the same time and I am curious about this as well.

I would try to stick to weekdays for IOA to keep crowds at the minimum.
